Service Technician was great. He was on time and detailed performing his work. He was respectful of my house, utilized shoe covers when entering. Left area of work completely clean, as if he was never there.

Make sure the Homeowner/Building Owner will be present at the time of service A: Augered master bath toilet. Cleared stoppage. Customer informed me that a disinfectant block plastic part had fallen into toilet. I was unable to retrieve item. It may work it’s way out the homes sewer system or become stopped elsewhere. If so additional work will be necessary and at a additional charge. No warranty
Install new ez septic lid on existing riser. No warranty due to being exposed to harsh conditions (weather) Secured with screws Reccomend placing a planter on top of lid to prevent from future wind.

Customer remodel his own bathroom and looks fantastic!! Customer piped in his own shower valve using sharkbite connections. Tub spout section leaking at two locations. Remove and install 1/2” soldered copper for tub spout. This provides the stability also. Also adjust scald guard on delta shower faucet. 1 year warranty
Installed 3 Toto drake w/c’s. Main floor ada, upstairs hall bathroom ada,master bathroom elongated under vanity. 2yr parts and labor warranty
Installed new 3” pvc sewer drain line in basement for far bathroom Also had to re-route water lines 1/2 for a bathroom group. This was extra. Also De-scaled tankless water heater as well Duct work is all put back in.
Completed check on drain system clogged for home. Found Alternative Septic system off line. Reset Siemens Control relay for pump. System ran as designed while on site. If issues occur again replacement and or reprogram of relay may be necessary. No warranties to issue at this time.
Psi 87 high replaced shut off valve 3 way comp 5/8x1/2x3/8 under kitchen sink hot side (appliance problem leave the dishwasher valve side turned off per customer//recommended estimates options pressure reducing valve with shut off valve in the crawlspace//water heater electric 40 gallons with expansion tank mentioned priority club service gave plunger thermometer
Returned to install new Tstat and out temp. Sensor ,repaired all wiring and set up stat ,run tested heat pump .cannot test furnace operations due to no propane in tank ,customer having propane delivery next week and customer will call in to schedule heating maintenance to start up furnace and check operation of dual fuel system ,heat pump is heating at this time. Checked system found fan limit disconnected,and weak fan cap,reconnected limit,replaced run cap checked system operation,all check’s good at this time,.
